Product Application:
Application Areas | Specific Applications |
Construction Sector | Exterior wall coating for high-rise buildings, anti-corrosion and decorative coating for bridges, restoration and preservation of ancient structures |
Industrial Sector | Anti-corrosion coating for petrochemical equipment, protective coating for power facilities, coating for port machinery |
Transportation | Automotive body coating, surface protection for ships, decorative coating for high-speed rail carriages |
Other Sectors | Protective coating for outdoor billboards, coating for solar panels, surface treatment for high-end furniture |
Application Method:
Paint Preparation: In fluorocarbon paint formulations, the recommended emulsion content is 35%–50%. Combine with suitable pigments, fillers, and additives, then thoroughly mix until uniform.
Substrate Preparation:
Metal substrates must be thoroughly rust-removed and degreased, followed by sandblasting or grinding to achieve the specified surface roughness before applying primer.
Concrete substrates must be level, dry, and clean. Repair defects with putty, then apply sealing primer.
Application Methods:
Spray Application: Use air or airless spray equipment. Maintain a 20–30 cm distance between the spray gun and substrate. Apply at 0.3–0.5 MPa pressure in 2–3 coats, allowing 2–4 hours between coats.
Brush/Roller Application: Apply evenly in the same direction using high-quality tools. Pay attention to edge and corner treatment to avoid missed areas. Similarly, apply 2-3 coats.
Environmental Requirements: Apply at temperatures between 5–35°C (41–95°F) with relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid application during rainy, windy conditions, or under direct sunlight.
Recommended System: Use a “primer + intermediate coat + topcoat” system. Apply each coat at specified intervals to ensure coating performance.
