Application Method:
Surface Preparation: Ensure walls and substrates are level, dry, clean, and free of oil, dust, cracks, or other defects. Apply putty to level surfaces and sand smooth. Coat with compatible primer to enhance adhesion.
Application Methods:
Spraying: Use an air compressor or airless sprayer. Maintain a 30–40 cm distance between the spray gun and the wall surface. Move the spray gun at a steady pace. Apply 2–3 coats, allowing 2–4 hours between coats (adjust based on ambient humidity and temperature).
Roller Application: For small-area repairs or special shapes, use a short-nap roller. Take care not to damage the color particle structure.
Recommended Coverage: Theoretical coverage is 0.8–1.2 kg/m² (actual usage varies based on desired effect and substrate smoothness).
Environmental Requirements: Apply at temperatures ≥5°C and humidity ≤85%. Avoid application during rain, high winds, or direct sunlight.
