F0809, K1 Water-Based Resin Emulsion (Nano Coating), is an eco-friendly film-forming material using water as the dispersion medium. It offers advantages such as low VOC emissions, non-toxicity, and non-flammability. IV. Product Applications:
1. Wood Finishing: Suitable as a clear topcoat for furniture, wood flooring, doors/windows, crafts, and other wooden surfaces. Provides wood with superior gloss and protection while highlighting its natural grain and texture, elevating product quality.
2. Metal Surface Treatment: Suitable for various metal products including automotive components, machinery, metal furniture, and wrought iron items. Provides effective rust and corrosion protection while enhancing surface luster and aesthetics.
3. Plastic Coatings: Applicable to plastic toys, electronic casings, plastic furniture, and other plastic surfaces. Improves appearance, increases abrasion resistance and weatherability without compromising flexibility or transparency.
4. Paper Printing: Serves as a paper varnish for surface coating on printed materials like packaging boxes, labels, and book covers. It enhances gloss, abrasion resistance, and waterproofing, elevating the quality and grade of printed products.
V. Application Method:
1. Dilution: Dilute with deionized water as required for application. The dilution ratio is typically 5%–20% (by weight). Stir slowly during dilution to ensure thorough and uniform mixing of the emulsion with water.
2. Agitation: Thoroughly agitate the emulsion before use to ensure consistent product performance. If separation occurs, this is normal. Stir until uniform before use; it does not affect product quality.
3. Filtration: To prevent impurities from clogging spray guns or coating equipment, filtration through a 100–200 mesh filter is recommended prior to use.
4. Application Methods: Multiple application methods are available, including spraying, brushing, and rolling. When spraying, maintain spray gun pressure at 0.3–0.5 MPa, with nozzle diameter selected between 0.8–2.0 mm based on actual conditions. When brushing or rolling, ensure even application to avoid sagging or missed coverage.
5. Drying Conditions: This product dries naturally at room temperature. Surface drying typically takes 0.5–1 hour, with full cure achieved in 24 hours (at 25°C and 50% relative humidity). Alternatively, low-temperature baking may be employed. Baking temperature should generally be controlled between 50–80°C. Baking time should be adjusted based on coating thickness and equipment conditions to ensure complete drying and curing of the paint film.
VI. Precautions:
1. Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments. Recommended storage temperature range: 5–35°C.
2. Frost Protection: The emulsion may freeze below 0°C, potentially affecting its performance. During winter or low-temperature storage/transportation, implement necessary frost protection measures such as using insulated vehicles or adding antifreeze. If the emulsion accidentally freezes, thaw it slowly at room temperature and thoroughly mix before use. Do not use if abnormal phenomena like demulsification or separation occur after thawing.
3. Avoid Contamination: Use opened emulsion promptly. Seal unused portions to prevent moisture evaporation, impurity ingress, and microbial contamination, which may compromise product performance and shelf life.
4. Application Environment: Maintain good ventilation during application. Avoid use in high-temperature, high-humidity, or dusty conditions. Wear appropriate protective gear (e.g., masks, gloves, goggles) to prevent skin/eye contact. If contact occurs, immediately rinse with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention.
5. Compatibility Testing: Before mixing this product with other coatings, additives, or materials, conduct compatibility tests to ensure system stability and performance compliance before large-scale application.
Product Packaging:
This product is packaged in plastic drums with specifications of 25kg/drum, 50kg/drum, and 200kg/drum. Custom packaging specifications are available upon customer request.
VIII. Product Packaging:
Store in a well-ventilated, dry environment at 5-35°C. Do not freeze. Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Conduct a performance evaluation before use to ensure safe application. Products beyond the shelf life may still be used if tested and found acceptable.
