K2 Water-Based Resin Emulsion (Double-Baked Topcoat) is a two-component bake-cured topcoat formulated with premium water-based resins as the primary film-forming agent. It incorporates eco-friendly pigments, fillers, additives, and deionized water through specialized manufacturing processes. Unlike traditional solvent-based coatings, this product uses water as the diluent, featuring low VOC (volatile organic compounds) and low odor characteristics. After two-stage baking and curing, it forms a high-performance coating suitable for substrates requiring superior appearance and protective properties.

III. Product Features:
Outstanding Environmental Performance: VOC content ≤100g/L (complies with GB 18582-2020 “Limits of Harmful Substances in Wall Coatings for Buildings” and relevant industry environmental standards), odorless, and safe for human health and the environment during application and use.
Outstanding Appearance: Smooth, even film finish with adjustable gloss levels (High Gloss ≥85%, Semi-Gloss 40-60%, Matte ≤30%). Excellent coverage with no sagging, pinholes, or other defects.
Stable Performance: Demonstrates excellent water resistance (no wrinkling or peeling after 24-hour immersion), oil resistance (no discoloration or swelling after 12-hour immersion), salt spray resistance (no rust or blistering after 48-hour neutral salt spray test), and weather resistance (no chalking or fading after 6 months of outdoor exposure).
Easy Application: Supports brush, roller, or spray application. Features mild baking curing conditions and strong adhesion to common substrates (e.g., metal, plastic, wood).
IV. Product Applications:
Ideal for scenarios demanding high coating aesthetics and protective performance, including but not limited to:
Metal Products: Aluminum alloy doors/windows, hardware fittings, automotive components, medical device housings, etc.
Plastic Products: Engineering plastic housings (e.g., ABS, PC, PP) for appliances and electronic devices;
Wooden Products: High-end furniture, wooden flooring, musical instrument surfaces;
Other Applications: Surfaces requiring weather and corrosion resistance on medical devices, sports equipment, marine components, etc.
Note: Not suitable for substrates immersed in strong acid or alkali environments for extended periods, or high-temperature scenarios where temperatures consistently exceed 150°C.
Product Packaging:
50 kg per drum. Store sealed in a cool, dry environment at 5°C to 35°C. Avoid freezing and direct sunlight.
