F0808 is a water-soluble copolymer resin dispersion emulsion for use with amino resins in low VOC water-soluble one-component industrial baking paints.
Use mixing ratio: about 32% dispersed in water/glycol butyl ether, neutralized with N,N-dimethylethanolamine, the ratio is about 57:6:5.

Product Description:
F0808 is a water-soluble copolymer resin dispersion emulsion for use with amino resins in low VOC water-soluble one-component industrial baking paints.

Product features:
1. good resistance to water and chemicals;
2. High gloss and hardness;
3. Compared with the traditional water-thinning water-soluble resin, the VOC content of the formula has been greatly reduced.
Product Application:
Can be used alone.
Addition of sulfonic acid catalysts helps reduce baking temperatures and baking times.
Addition of waterborne polyester resins or waterborne epoxy phosphates improves adhesion and impact resistance.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a ventilated and dry environment at 5-35℃, freezing is strictly prohibited. This product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production, but does not mean that more than 6 months can not be used, it is recommended to use the product performance assessment beforehand to ensure the safety of use.
