Product Characteristics:

the core role:

Metal antirust primer, primer all-in-one metal antirust paint, steel structure top coat, outdoor engineering machinery paint.
Metal anticorrosive coatings: used for anticorrosive coating of steel, aluminum alloys and other metal substrates to improve the coating adhesion to the metal surface and anticorrosive properties.
Wood coatings: it can improve the construction performance of water-based wood paint, make the coating better adhere to the wood surface, and improve the fullness and wear resistance of the paint film.
Plastic Coatings: It helps to improve the adhesion and leveling of coatings on plastic substrates, making the coating more uniform and firm.
Architectural coatings: Used in exterior and interior architectural coatings to enhance the viscosity and anti-sagging property of the coating, and at the same time improve the weathering and water resistance of the coating.
add the amount:
Addition amount: according to the specific formula and performance requirements of water-based industrial paint, the general addition amount is 5% - 20% of the total amount of paint, the specific dosage should be determined through experiments, in order to achieve the best viscosity increasing effect and comprehensive performance.
Adding method: In the production process of water-based industrial paint, the viscosity increasing emulsion can be added in the stage of resin dispersion, pigment grinding or paint mixing, and it should be stirred well after adding to ensure that the emulsion and the paint are completely mixed.

Storage
