Its core formulation combines maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene wax with a specialized copolymer system of acrylic esters. Enhanced with ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymer emulsifiers and dedicated coupling agents, it is manufactured through a precision emulsification process. Specifically engineered to address interface affinity challenges between non-polar polypropylene (PP) and inorganic glass fiber (glass fiber), as well as low surface energy bonding issues on smooth leather fabrics, it delivers outstanding bonding strength, stability, and environmental compatibility.

Product Features:
1. Excellent Compatibility: Achieves uniform molecular-level mixing with water-based polyurethane resins (including anionic and nonionic types), preventing separation or sedimentation. Does not compromise system transparency or storage stability.
2. Easy to Use: Flexibly adjust the addition amount based on water-based polyurethane product requirements to achieve different tackifying effects. Significantly enhances the initial tack and sustained adhesion of adhesives, addressing the common issue of “insufficient bonding strength” in water-based PU products.
3. Synergistic Performance Enhancement: While increasing tackiness, it optimizes the film-forming properties of water-based polyurethane, reduces film defects, and improves the flexibility and flex resistance of the coating layer. It has no negative impact on core system metrics such as tensile strength and water resistance, and in some scenarios, it can slightly enhance aging resistance.

IV. Product Applications:
1. PP-Glass Fiber Composites: Used for surface treatment of glass fibers in long-glass-fiber-reinforced PP composite production. Enhances interfacial bonding between glass fibers and PP matrix, improving mechanical properties of composites. Suitable for bonding and reinforcing PP injection-molded parts with glass fiber cloth.
2. Smooth Leather Processing: Covers bonding of smooth materials including natural leather and synthetic leather (PU/PVC), such as bonding leather uppers to soles in footwear, bonding leather to fabrics in luggage manufacturing, and joining leather panels in automotive seats.
3. Other Compatible Materials: Suitable for cross-bonding PP with EVA, nylon, rubber, and other materials, as well as bonding leather to foam and non-woven fabrics.
V. Product Packaging:
50KG/drum, IBC containers. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and rain exposure.
