General application
1. It has good solubility with EVA, styrene-acrylic, vinegar-acrylic, tertiary vinegar and other emulsions currently used, which can greatly improve the initial viscosity of the product.
2. Select the appropriate softening point according to actual requirements. The higher the softening point, the better the temperature resistance and the higher the hardness after curing. More than common type, can be customized according to customer requirements.
3. The solid content has a greater impact on the time of the initial viscosity peak and the dynamic viscosity. The higher the solid content, the faster the peak value comes, the greater the dynamic viscosity, and vice versa. Customers can adjust by adding water by themselves. Under certain solid content, we can also adjust according to customers' requirements.
4. This product will cause demulsification in the emulsion of cationic emulsifier, so cationic emulsion should not be used. If there is demulsification in other types of emulsions, customers can adjust the emulsifier to solve it.
5. After adding this product to the emulsion, a certain amount of air bubbles will be generated when stirring. If it has an effect, it can be solved by adding a defoamer.
Application/Uses:
It is mainly used for water-based terpene tackifier and adhesive. It has good compatibility with a series of polymers, such as acrylic resin, natural rubber and white latex. Etc.) Superior performance.
