Features
Does not affect the color or transparency of the product; exhibits high compatibility with the aforementioned plastic products; features easy dispersion, low volatility, and low migration; demonstrates minimal water adhesion during film and sheet production; and is widely permitted for use in food packaging.
Application
Tinuvin 622SF is an oligomeric, sterically hindered amine light stabilizer that also functions as an antioxidant, providing long-term thermal stability for polyolefins and tackifying resins.
When blended with other light stabilizers and UV absorbers, Tinuvin 622SF exhibits synergistic effects.
Tinuvin 622SF has broad applications, primarily in polyolefins, olefin copolymers such as EVA, and polypropylene with elastic blends. Additionally, it is highly effective in polyurethanes, polyacetal resins, polyamides (especially nylon 11 and nylon 12), and polyester elastomers. Within pigment systems, 622 outperforms UV absorbers and nickel stabilizers.
Tinuvin 622SF is approved for food contact applications in numerous countries.
