Application
The advantages of this product make it suitable for PE agricultural films, PP fibers, and talc-filled PP and TPO automotive components. It can also be used in powder coatings, coil coatings, and industrial coatings. It not only provides triboelectric effects but also enhances light stability. By trapping free radicals, it increases the weather resistance of coatings, making it particularly suitable for powder coatings. This product exhibits synergistic effects with benzotriazole UV absorbers 234 and 928.
Powder Coatings: Enhances triboelectric effects, improving adhesion and coating efficiency on workpiece surfaces. Reduces the need for re-spraying and increases coating utilization.
Industrial Coatings: Effectively minimizes yellowing during curing and baking processes. Combining with auxiliary antioxidant 168 further lowers the yellowing index.
