Waterborne Promoter 8080 (PU System) is specifically developed for waterborne polyurethane (PU) coatings, inks, and adhesive systems to address critical issues such as adhesion between PU materials and various substrates, as well as drying efficiency.

Usage Instructions:

Addition Timing: Incorporate during the dispersion or mixing stage of water-based PU system production. It is recommended to pre-mix the accelerator with a small amount of PU resin (stirring speed 300–500 rpm, 5–10 minutes), then slowly add it to the main system while thoroughly mixing.

Recommended Dosage: 2%–5% of total formulation. Optimal addition ratio should be determined through small-scale trials based on specific formulation and performance requirements.

Process Adjustments: Maintain system pH between 7–9 during use. Avoid mixing with strongly acidic or alkaline substances. Optimal performance is achieved under appropriate temperature (20–30°C) and humidity (50%–70%) conditions.

 

 Packaging:

50 kg/drum. Store in sealed containers to prevent moisture evaporation and contamination. Avoid storage in extreme heat or cold to maintain product integrity. During transport, prevent violent impacts or inversion to avoid packaging damage.
