Usage Instructions
Timing: During the production process of water-based systems, it is recommended to add this accelerator during the dispersion and mixing stage to ensure thorough and uniform blending with other components. It can be added directly or after pre-dilution. For pre-dilution, deionized water is recommended, with a dilution ratio not exceeding 1:5.
Recommended Dosage:
Water-based coatings: 1%–3% of total formulation
Water-based inks: 1.5%–3.5% of total formulation
Water-based adhesives: 2%–4% of total formulation
Process Adjustment: For initial use or new formulations, conduct small-scale sample testing first. Determine optimal dosage and processing conditions by evaluating performance metrics such as adhesion, drying speed, and leveling properties. During use, adjust mixing speed and duration as needed to achieve optimal blending results.
V. Packaging:
50KG/drum. Store in sealed containers to prevent moisture evaporation and contamination. Avoid storage in extreme heat or cold to maintain product performance. Prevent violent impacts or inversion during transport to avoid packaging damage.
