I. Product Overview:
Water-Based Yellow Glue 930# is an eco-friendly, single-component adhesive manufactured using advanced water-based polymerization technology. Using water as the dispersion medium, it features high solids content, strong initial tack, high ultimate bond strength, and excellent heat resistance. Appearing as a milky white liquid, it dries to a white transparent film. Non-toxic and odorless, it meets environmental standards and is widely used for bonding materials in woodworking, packaging, textiles, interior construction, and other fields.
II. Product Specifications:
Appearance: White emulsion
Solids Content: 54±2%
Viscosity: 12000-13000
pH Value: 6.0-7.5
III. Product Characteristics:
Superior bonding performance, easy operation, fast drying speed, stable storage.
IV. Product Applications:
Wood Industry: Bonding and laminating solid wood, particleboard, MDF, plywood, fire-retardant panels, wood chips, etc.
Packaging Industry: Bonding paper products, corrugated boxes, paper tubes, and honeycomb paper cores.
Textile Industry: Non-woven fabrics, textiles, carpet backing, etc.
Building Interiors: Adhesion of wallpaper and decorative materials.
Other: Bonding leather, ceramics, foam plastics (EVA, pearl cotton), and similar materials.
V. Application Method:
Surface Preparation: Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, free of grease, dust, and loose particles. For smooth, non-porous surfaces, light sanding is recommended to increase bonding area and effectiveness.
Adhesive Application: Apply adhesive evenly to one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or squeegee. For optimal results, apply adhesive to both surfaces.
Open Cure: After application, allow the adhesive to cure at room temperature for 3-5 minutes (adjust based on ambient temperature and humidity). This allows surface moisture to evaporate until the adhesive feels slightly tacky but does not transfer to fingers. This step is critical for achieving bond strength.
Laminating: Align the coated surfaces precisely and apply uniform pressure (0.2-0.5 MPa).
Pressure Curing: Immediately apply pressure after bonding (using a cold press, heavy weights, or clamps). Recommended pressing time is 1-2 hours. After releasing pressure, continue curing at room temperature for 24-48 hours to achieve optimal bond strength.
VI. Product Packaging:
25KG/drum. Store sealed in a cool, dry indoor environment, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
