III. Product Characteristics:
Combines the high elasticity of rubber with the plasticity of plastics, typically featuring a molecular weight range of 80,000 to 300,000. Features high strength, excellent elasticity, low permanent set at break, wide hardness range, outstanding stability to light and heat, superior electrical insulation, good low-temperature flex resistance, breathability, anti-slip properties, and excellent colorability. Processing requires no vulcanization; direct molding is achievable via compression, extrusion, injection, or blow molding.
Thermal Stability: Demonstrates superior performance in high-temperature operating environments, effectively resisting thermal decomposition to maintain material integrity during service. Suitable for industrial applications demanding high material stability and safety, such as automotive and electronic equipment.
Low-Temperature Resistance: Retains excellent flexibility and strength in frigid conditions without brittle fracture or failure. Ideal for outdoor gear, insulation materials, and other products used in cold climates.
Aging Resistance: Exhibits high resistance to UV radiation and oxidation, effectively extending product lifespan. This is particularly crucial for outdoor products and components exposed to prolonged environmental conditions.
Stress Whitening Resistance: Under physical stress, the material surface does not develop noticeable white spots or cracks. This property offers advantages in high-end consumer goods and automotive interiors where surface aesthetics are paramount.
IV. Product Applications:
Adhesive Industry: A dedicated grade for adhesives, primarily used in hot-melt applications. Suitable for producing various adhesive types—especially hot-melt pressure-sensitive, pressure-sensitive, and solvent-based adhesives—offering strong bonding strength, non-toxicity, and environmental safety.
Plastic Modification: Can be blended with plastics like polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene to enhance physical properties, improve impact resistance, and broaden application scope.
Asphalt Modification: Adding 3%-15% SBS791 to asphalt improves low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature flow resistance, effectively extending the service life of roads and roofing membranes. Modified asphalt overcomes the drawbacks of brittleness in winter and softness in summer, making it suitable for road paving and repair, as well as producing high-quality waterproof and thermal insulation materials.
Footwear Industry: Suitable for producing leather shoes, sneakers, and children's footwear across various grades. Offers advantages including comfort, slip resistance, breathability, and easy dyeing. Features a simplified production process with recyclable scrap materials.
Other Applications: It can also be used to manufacture various elastic rubber products, such as hoses, belts, rings, indoor flooring materials, sports equipment, automotive mudguards and floor mats, children's toys, and mechanical parts. It is also applicable in the coatings and inks sector. When added, the resulting coatings and inks exhibit enhanced properties in certain aspects, such as surface elasticity of the coating film, low-temperature resistance of the coating film, better adhesion to rubber substrates, and the ability to produce low-temperature resistant transparent gloss varnishes.
V. Product Packaging:
20 kg per bag. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and rain exposure. Keep away from heat sources and open flames. Storage temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C. Shelf life is 12 months. Under specified storage conditions, product performance remains stable and reliable.
