Application/Uses
1, high polymer modification: can be mixed with polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and other plastics modification, improve their physical properties, so that they get a wider range of applications.
2, adhesive industry: SBS can be used to produce various types of adhesives, especially hot-melt pressure-sensitive type, pressure-sensitive type, solvent type adhesives, with strong adhesive force, no environmental pollution and other characteristics.
3, footwear industry: SBS can be used for the production of various grades of leather shoes, travel shoes, children's shoes, with comfortable to wear, wet slippery, good air permeability, easy coloring and other advantages, because SBS does not need curing and has a high strength, making the shoe process is very simple, and has the advantage of recyclable waste.
4. Asphalt modification: Adding 3%-15% SBS into asphalt can improve the flexural property of asphalt at low temperature and anti-flow property at high temperature. Improving the low temperature flexure of asphalt can reduce the hardness, brittleness and cracking of asphalt at low temperature, and improve the service life of highway and rolling materials. Improving the anti-flow property of asphalt at high temperature can reduce the softening flow of asphalt at high temperature. SBS is an excellent choice to increase the service life of highway and coil material effectively.
