Product Features:
High-viscosity emulsion with strong cohesive force, high peel strength, and excellent unwinding performance.
V. Usage Instructions:
Substrate Preparation: Ensure surfaces of high-viscosity profiles and panels are clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, release agents, or other contaminants. For stubborn stains, wipe with a specialized cleaner, rinse with water, and allow to air dry thoroughly.
Emulsion Preparation: Adjust emulsion viscosity as needed using deionized water. Recommended dilution ratio: ≤8%. Stir thoroughly until uniform. For color matching, add appropriate amount of water-based color paste and mix until color is consistent.
Application Methods:
Spraying: Use an air compressor or airless sprayer. Maintain a 15–25 cm distance between the spray gun and the material surface. Adjust air pressure to 0.3–0.5 MPa. Apply 2-3 coats using uniform cross-hatch spraying, allowing 1-2 hours between coats (adjust based on ambient temperature and humidity). Ensure even coating distribution with a dry film thickness of 8-12μm.
Brush/Roller Application: Apply evenly with a high-quality brush or roller along the material's grain direction. Press firmly to ensure thorough coverage of the emulsion. Apply 2–3 coats with 1–2 hour intervals between coats.
Drying Conditions: After coating, profiles and panels may air-dry at room temperature or enter drying equipment. Set drying temperature to 50–70°C (122–158°F) for 3–6 hours to ensure complete film formation.
Environmental Requirements: Apply at temperatures ≥5°C (41°F) and relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid application during rain, high winds, or intense direct sunlight. During winter application, implement appropriate heating measures to maintain the required environmental temperature.
Film Removal Recommendations:
Remove the protective film at an appropriate time based on actual usage conditions.
When peeling the film, start slowly from the edges to prevent residue or surface damage caused by forceful tearing.
VI. Product Packaging:
50KG/drum
