1. Processable using thermoplastic plastic equipment for forming via extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, etc., with faster forming speeds than traditional vulcanized rubber processes.
2. Eliminates the need for vulcanization, bypassing the typical thermosetting rubber processing step. This results in reduced equipment investment, lower energy consumption, simplified processes, shorter processing cycles, higher production efficiency, and lower processing costs.
3. Scrap material can be recycled multiple times, conserving resources and promoting environmental protection.

IV. Product Applications:
Currently, SBS is primarily used in four major fields: rubber products, resin modifiers, adhesives, and asphalt modifiers.
1. SBS molded products are primarily used in the footwear (soles) industry.
2. Extruded products are mainly used for rubber hoses and belts.
3. As a resin modifier, small amounts of SBS blended with polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polystyrene (PS) significantly improve the low-temperature performance and impact strength of the products.
4. As an adhesive, SBS features high solids content, fast drying, and low-temperature resistance.
5. As a modifier for construction and road asphalt, SBS markedly improves asphalt's weather resistance and load-bearing performance.
