Product Applications:
Haiming's bentonite ENTONE SD-2 exhibits effective dispersion even at low shear rates, offering excellent storage stability, superior sag resistance and anti-settling properties, and outstanding pigment suspension. It provides excellent sag resistance without compromising flow and leveling, eliminates the need for pre-gel preparation, and requires no additional activators. It is generally suitable for acid-curing systems, anti-corrosion coatings, adhesives, automotive refinish primers, gravure printing inks, epoxy coatings, industrial coatings, two-component polyurethane coatings, paint strippers, and thick-film vinyl coatings.
IV. Usage Method:
Can be added at any stage during production or during pigment grinding. No temperature restrictions. For post-paint-mixing correction, pre-gelation is recommended. Typical dosage: 0.2-1.0%. Higher additions required for high-build systems.
