Product use
Scope of application: Used in the bonding of plastic, metal, wood, paper, toys, electronics, furniture, leather, crafts, shoe materials, coating, ceramics, lampshades, pearl cotton, food packaging, speakers, etc.

1. The edge sealing parts to be fitted should be clean and free of any dust and oil, and the pressing should be tightly closed to avoid insufficient or uneven pressure in a certain part.
2. Always check the temperature measuring device installed on the machine for any temperature errors.
3. The coating should be uniform. The amount of coating will be adjusted according to the type of material. A small amount will cause insufficient edge sealing strength, and a large amount will cause glue line and soil the machine and material.
4. When the room temperature is lower than 15 ℃, it is recommended to locally heat the edge sealing surface and the edge sealing material to ensure the bonding quality.
5. The feeding speed should be moderate to avoid cooling down when not pressurized. If it is necessary to work at a low feeding speed, the temperature of the rubber wheel should be appropriately increased. The material must be preheated first.
