Coating Resin A is a solvent-free, low-viscosity epoxy resin. When mixed with curing agent B and cured at room temperature, it forms a transparent, glossy surface with excellent hardness and electrical properties. Suitable for coating various jewelry surfaces, it can be tinted to any color.

Coating Resin A is a solvent-free, low-viscosity epoxy resin. When mixed with curing agent B and cured at room temperature, it forms a transparent, glossy surface with excellent hardness and electrical properties. Suitable for coating various jewelry surfaces, it can be tinted to any color.
II. Product Characteristics:
● Transparent room-temperature curing electronic encapsulation resin with low viscosity, excellent flowability, and superior penetration into product gaps;
● Cures at room or moderate temperatures with moderate curing speed;
● Yields bubble-free, smooth surfaces with high gloss and hardness after curing;
● Cured material exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, moisture, water, oil, and dust, with good resistance to humid heat and atmospheric aging;
● Cured material possesses superior electrical and physical properties including insulation, compression resistance, and high bonding strength.

IV. Application Method:
The key to using AB adhesive lies in maintaining precise mixing ratios. This product requires a weight-based mixing ratio. Therefore, accurately weigh both components before mixing: take 1 part A agent (300g) and pour it into a container, then add 1 part B agent (100g).
Thoroughly mix both components to ensure uniformity, preventing poor surface quality in the finished adhesive.
V. Storage and Precautions:
Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures during use and storage to prevent gelation.
Typical shelf life is 3 months. Remaining adhesive may still be used after 3 months if properties remain satisfactory.
Do not return unused crystal adhesive to its original unmixed packaging to prevent gelation.
Minimize direct skin contact with the adhesive. If accidental contact occurs, wipe off with a dry cloth and rinse thoroughly with soapy water. Cleaning tools such as droppers, syringes, or containers can be sanitized with acetone or alcohol.
VI. Product Packaging: Packaged in sets of 4kg.
