This product is a new generation of flat adhesive specifically developed for various transparent craft items: imitation gems, rhinestones, amber, crystal, and similar products. It also offers soft, hard, and customized variants to meet diverse requirements.
Beyond providing excellent surface protection for craft items, crystal drip resin enhances surface gloss and brightness, further elevating decorative effects. Suitable for surface decoration and protection of crafts made from metal, ceramic, glass, acrylic, and other materials.
Crystal drip resin exhibits outstanding flexibility, scratch resistance, low-temperature tolerance, yellowing resistance, high transparency, and ease of application. It also demonstrates excellent adhesion to various substrates.

Process Conditions and Application Method:
1. Weigh the required A and B components of the flat adhesive according to the ratios in the table above. Heat component A to approximately 40°C before adding component B. Pour into a container, mix thoroughly, and remove air bubbles under vacuum.
2. Apply the degassed adhesive evenly onto the label using a pointed plastic bottle or syringe.
3. Gel curing: 36 hours for soft gel. Alternatively, place coated labels in a 60°C constant-temperature drying oven for 3-5 hours to cure.
4. Adhesive mixing quantity: Users may control this themselves. Remaining adhesive must not exceed 1 hour.
IV. Storage and Precautions:
1. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures during use and storage to prevent gelation.
2. Shelf life is generally 3 months. Remaining gel beyond this period may still be used if properties remain satisfactory.
3. Do not return unused gel from prepared batches to original unopened packaging to prevent gelation.
4. Minimize direct skin contact with the adhesive. If accidental contact occurs, wipe off with a dry cloth and rinse thoroughly with soapy water. Cleaning tools like droppers, syringes, or containers can be sanitized with acetone or alcohol.
