Operating Procedure:
1. Cleaning: Before use, sand the surface of the object to be bonded smooth and ensure it is thoroughly clean.
2. Mixing: Maintain precise proportions. The mixing ratio for this product is 3:1 by weight, i.e., 30 grams of Component A to 10 grams of Component B. Stir thoroughly before use. For optimal results, vacuum degassing is recommended prior to application.
3. Application: Epoxy products cure effectively at room temperature. Accelerated curing occurs at 30-80°C (86-176°F). Higher temperatures increase curing speed and final strength.
4. Molding: After applying adhesive, secure bonded parts with clamps until fully cured before use.
Notes:
1. Product specifications and usage recommendations are based on our current understanding. As we cannot control customer application requirements or production processes, users must verify suitability. We recommend conducting small-scale trials first.
2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted during small-batch trial phases.
3. Based on customer test results, if samples are confirmed acceptable, all subsequent shipments will strictly adhere to the sample specifications.
4. Should customers have quality concerns upon receiving goods, please provide supporting evidence. (For returns or exchanges, do not add any items to the product package; otherwise, returns/exchanges will be declined.)
5. The above quotation is our company's reference price. Customers placing large orders may negotiate with our customer service representatives.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1: How do I choose the right adhesive for my needs?
A: First, determine the product you'll be using the adhesive on and its intended function. Identify the required adhesive properties based on these factors, such as color, viscosity, open time, cure time, hardness, etc.
Q2: Mixing Ratio? Should adhesive be mixed by weight or volume?
A: Weight ratio. Adhesives are formulated based on weight ratios during design. Only weight ratios ensure optimal performance.
Q3: What is the adhesive's pot life (working time)?
A: Workable time refers to the duration at 25°C required for the viscosity of 100 grams of mixed adhesive to double. After this time, the adhesive isn't unusable—it's a testing standard. You can judge its workability by its flowability.
Q4: Bubbles?
A: Bubbles form during mixing. The amount of bubbles depends on the adhesive's viscosity—thinner adhesives produce fewer bubbles, while thicker ones produce more. For optimal results, vacuum degassing is recommended.
Q5: Not curing? Incomplete curing? For example: sometimes soft, sometimes hard?
A: This issue typically arises from insufficient or uneven mixing. Ensure thorough mixing, reaching all corners of the container during the mixing process.
Q6: Can the curing time be adjusted?
A: Curing occurs at room temperature (25°C). Curing time extends at higher temperatures. To accelerate curing, bake at 60°C for 3 hours to achieve basic cure. Remove the product from the oven and allow it to cool naturally.
Special Note: Adhesive curing speed is influenced by temperature and the amount of adhesive dispensed.
Higher temperatures increase heat release, accelerating curing; lower temperatures slow it down.
Larger adhesive volumes increase heat release, speeding up curing; smaller volumes slow it down.
Please control the amount mixed per batch, as accelerated reactions reduce the usable time.
Q7: Why does Adhesive A thicken in winter?
A: Low winter temperatures cause crystallization, which is normal. Simply place it in a 60°C oven to dissolve before use.
Q8: Why does the surface appear foggy? How to resolve?
A: Fogging typically results from moisture absorption due to high ambient humidity, common during rainy weather or winter. During such weather, maintain indoor dryness. Ensure relative humidity stays below 70% during application.
Q9: What are the operational safety precautions?
A: In rare cases, prolonged contact with adhesive may cause mild skin irritation with slight itching or discomfort. Wear protective gloves during use. If adhesive contacts skin, wipe off with acetone or alcohol, then thoroughly clean with detergent.
