Features
Offers excellent adhesion, strong bonding strength, high durability, and minimal odor. Suitable for bonding various packaging boxes with superior secure adhesion performance.
Applications:
Can be used for bonding paper, laminated materials, PP, PE packaging boxes, etc.
Automotive Manufacturing: During vehicle production, yellow adhesive blocks (high-temperature) bond and secure components, ensuring safety and reliability in high-temperature operating environments.
Electronic Components: In manufacturing and repair, yellow adhesive blocks (high-temperature) secure and protect components, preventing damage from heat or harsh conditions.
Metal, Wood, Toys, Furniture, Crafts, Ceramics, Textiles, and Footwear Industries: These sectors leverage the high-temperature resistance of yellow hot melt adhesive blocks (high-temperature) for bonding and securing diverse materials, enhancing product durability and safety.
Precautions:
1: Avoid mixing with other hot melt adhesives.
2: Follow the first-in, first-out principle. Keep hot melt glue tanks tightly covered to prevent debris contamination affecting adhesive performance. Wear protective gear when handling hot melt glue, as it requires heating during use.
3: Operating Temperature: 160°C–180°C
4: Optimal operating environment: 5°C–45°C with humidity around 50%.
5: If production line is temporarily halted for over two hours, reduce glue tank temperature to 120°C or shut down to prevent adhesive aging from prolonged heating, which may impair bonding effectiveness.
Product Packaging:
20KG/box
