Product Features
In order to improve the brightness of the floor surface, a layer of water-based epoxy overcoat varnish can be applied to the topcoat, with a gloss of 90% and a hardness of 5H. The paint film is full and bright, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.

Application area
It can be used in parking lots, squares, food factories, power plants, electronics factories, exhibition halls, schools, etc., and requires high decoration, environmental protection, and anticorrosive coatings.;
Construction reference
1. The components of water-based overcoat varnish AB are mixed and mixed uniformly according to the proportion. After mixing, they must be used within 60 minutes to prevent the gel from being scrapped.
2. The surface of the substrate must be smooth, clean and dry before construction. The coating can be dried in 48 hours at a suitable temperature and fully cured for 7 days. The hardness and gloss will become higher and higher.
Precautions
1. The paint-solid ratio should be strictly implemented when adjusting the paint, and pay attention to mixing evenly.
2. The paint should be formulated according to the amount of each application. The paint that has been mixed with the curing agent should be used up in time to prevent thickening and scrapping.
3. During the paint and coating process, it is strictly forbidden to contact with acids, alkalis, alcohols, amines, etc. to avoid adverse consequences.
Transportation and storage
1. The paint uses water as a diluent, which is more environmentally friendly during transportation, use and storage;
2. Effective storage period is 12 months from the date of production. After the expiration date, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
