Operation method:
1. Grass-roots treatment: first of all, make sure that the ground base is flat, dry and clean. For the old ground, you need to remove oil, dust, loose old coating and so on. If there are cracks or potholes on the ground, it should be repaired to ensure the quality of the ground base.
2. Primer construction: Generally, it is necessary to paint a layer of water-based polyurethane primer to enhance the adhesion of the paint and the grass-roots level. The primer should be evenly painted to avoid leakage or thick coating, and the drying time of the primer should be determined according to the product description.
3. Medium coating construction (according to the need): For some demanding places, such as the need to increase the thickness, strength or flatness of the ground, you can carry out the construction of medium coating. According to the actual situation, you can choose to add quartz sand and other fillers, after construction to ensure that the surface is flat.
4. Topcoat construction: finally waterborne polyurethane topcoat construction, topcoat construction should pay attention to the uniformity, to ensure that the color and gloss of the ground meet the requirements. After construction in accordance with the provisions of the drying time to allow the ground to fully dry and curing, in order to put into use.
