Features
Water-based solid acrylic resin 878 offers a wide range of grades with broad application versatility. Each grade differs in key properties such as solids content, viscosity, pH value, acid value, glass transition temperature (Tg), and molecular weight, making them suitable for various applications including water-based inks and clear coats (abrasion-resistant, high-temperature resistant) , cross-linking emulsions (resistant to white spirit cleaning), various water-based varnishes and high-grade water-based inks, kraft paper printing (excellent coverage), water-based clear coats and printing inks (fast drying), water-based inks and varnishes (high gloss, high clarity), and the preparation of high-pigment concentration color pastes. The product can be used alone or in combination with acrylic emulsions, and is applied in industries such as printing and adhesives. The packaging specification is 25 kg per bag.
Application
1. Grinding resin for water-based or solvent-based inks, which can be used alone or in combination with acrylic emulsions.
2. Water-based inks for letterpress printing decorative paper, fireproof paper, plastic film, etc.
3. Grinding resin for solvent-based inks.
4. Used to make water-based varnishes.
5. Cigarette packaging varnish to increase gloss.
6. Environmentally friendly acrylic emulsion, used in printing, adhesives, and other industries.
