Aqueous anti-settling agent 2521 is a non-ionic hydrophobically modified polyurethane rheological anti-settling agent.

Aqueous anti-settling agent 2521 is a non-ionic hydrophobically modified polyurethane rheological anti-settling agent.
Typical Properties
1. Excellent can opening effect, anti-sinking, outstanding comprehensive performance of anti-sinking and leveling;
2. Effectively improve medium and high shear viscosity; good fluidity under low shear;
3. Excellent compatibility with a variety of water-based resin systems; improve film-forming performance and make paint film full of luster;
4. High resistance to biohydrolysis; excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, scrub resistance;
5. Performance is not affected by pH.

Application/Uses
Especially suitable for the thickening of water-based paints, interior and exterior wall latex paints, water-based inks, adhesives, elastic mortar systems, with outstanding thickening effect and excellent flow and leveling.
Instructions for use:
1. Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5%;
2. This product can be added directly or diluted with propylene glycol (ethylene glycol);
3. It is recommended to add it at the end of the production process, and slowly add it while stirring until the proper viscosity;
4. It can be used under acidic (or alkaline) conditions, but it will cause product degradation under strong alkaline conditions;
5. Can be used alone or in combination with other types of thickeners
