Typical Properties
1. Excellent pigment wettability and color development ability, it is easy to make high content pigment paste with grinding grease.
2. Excellent film-forming properties, can be used alone as a binder for water ink or solvent ink. 3 It has excellent adhesion on the smooth surface.
4. Good printability and fast drying speed, suitable for high-speed printing.
5. It has good miscibility with other water-based resins and propionic acid solution.
6. Has excellent water resistance.
Application/Uses
1Grinding resin of high-grade water ink or solvent ink can be used alone or in combination with acrylic emulsion
2. Gravure printing decorative paper, fireproof paper, plastic film and other ink.
3. Grinding resin used as solvent ink.
4. Used as a support resin for acrylic emulsion polymerization.
5. Used for making water-based varnish.
6. Cigarette varnish to increase gloss.
7. Environmentally friendly acrylic emulsion is used in printing, adhesives and other industries.
Instructions
In a weakly alkaline solution (add a small amount of ammonia or other weakly alkaline additives in water), heat up to 98 degrees Celsius and stir at high speed for 2 hours to dissolve.
