Water-based plasticizer 1812 is an environmentally friendly water-based plasticizer primarily composed of specific ester compounds, manufactured using advanced emulsification technology. Using water as its dispersion medium and free of toxic or harmful solvents, it exhibits excellent compatibility with various polar polymeric materials (such as polyvinyl chloride, cellulose acetate, synthetic rubber, etc.). By embedding itself between polymer chains, it weakens intermolecular forces, thereby enhancing the material's flexibility, plasticity, and processability. This product finds extensive applications in plastic processing, coatings, adhesives, textile auxiliaries, and other fields. Application

Plastic Processing: Compatible with PVC, cellulose acetate, and other materials. Enhances flexibility in soft products (e.g., hoses, films) and improves processability in semi-rigid products (e.g., sheets).

Coatings Production: Strengthens crack resistance in water-based architectural coatings and adhesion in industrial coatings. Improves elasticity and dimensional stability in flexible coatings.

Adhesive Manufacturing: Improves flexibility in water-based packaging adhesives and wood glues, ensuring bonded areas withstand vibration and deformation.

Textile Finishing: Optimizes fabric hand feel and wrinkle resistance, enhances recovery in elastic fabrics, and improves suitability for nonwoven materials.

Specialized Applications: Suitable for medical devices (e.g., infusion bags) and children's toys, meeting environmental and safety requirements while ensuring material flexibility and durability.

25 kg drum. This product should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent deterioration of product performance.

Usage Instructions:

Plastic Processing Field

Applicable Materials: Primarily suitable for polar plastics such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), cellulose acetate, and polyvinylidene chloride.

Addition Ratio: Based on material performance requirements and processing techniques, the typical addition rate ranges from 5% to 30% by resin weight. For products requiring high flexibility (e.g., PVC hoses, films), the addition rate can be controlled between 15% and 30%. For general-purpose products (e.g., PVC sheets, fittings), the addition rate is usually 5% to 15%.

Processing Method: Add resin, water-based plasticizer 1812, and other auxiliary additives (such as stabilizers, fillers, etc.) in proportion to the mixing equipment. Stir at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of the plasticizer within the resin. Feed the mixture into an extruder or injection molding machine. Process at the appropriate temperature (determined by resin type; e.g., 160°C–190°C for PVC) to produce the desired product.

Coatings and Adhesives Applications

Suitable Systems: Applicable to water-based coatings, water-based adhesives, and similar systems. Improves film flexibility and adhesion.

Addition Ratio: Typically 3%–10% of the total coating or adhesive mass. For applications requiring higher flexibility (e.g., elastic coatings, flexible adhesives), the addition ratio may be appropriately increased to 8%–10%. In conventional systems, an addition of 3%–6% suffices to meet requirements.

Processing Method: During the later stages of coating or adhesive production, slowly incorporate Water-Based Plasticizer 1812 into the system. Stir for 20–30 minutes at a speed of 200–500 rpm to ensure uniform dispersion. After stirring, adjust the system's viscosity and pH as needed.

Textile Auxiliary Field

Application Scope: Suitable for soft finishing of textiles to enhance fabric handfeel and flexibility.

Addition Ratio: Typically 2%–5% by weight of the finishing solution.

Application Process: Add water-based plasticizer 1812 to the finishing solution. After thorough mixing, apply to textiles via methods such as padding or spraying. Subsequently, undergo drying and setting processes to fix the plasticizer onto the fabric.
