V. Application Method:
Surface Preparation: Clean bonding surfaces, remove grease and dust. Recommended wood moisture content ≤12%.
Application: Apply adhesive to one or both surfaces at 150-200g/m². Spread evenly and let stand 3-5 minutes until semi-transparent.
Pressing: Align surfaces and apply 0.3-0.5MPa pressure for ≥30 minutes (at 25°C).
Curing: After pressure release, allow 24 hours for maximum strength development. Extend curing time in low-temperature environments.
VI. Storage Conditions and Precautions:
25KG/drum. Store in a cool, sealed environment at 5-35°C. Avoid freezing. Shelf life: 12 months. Use within 3 months after opening.
⚠️ Safety Precautions
If product contacts eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Wear gloves during application. Prolonged contact may cause skin sensitivity.
⚠️ Usage Limitations
Not suitable for non-polar plastics (e.g., PE/PP) or metal substrates.
Extend curing time when ambient humidity exceeds 85% or temperature falls below 5°C.
VII. FAQ:
Why is the adhesive layer whitening?
Excessive adhesive thickness prevents complete moisture evaporation. Control adhesive quantity and extend drying time.
Insufficient bonding strength?
Verify proper substrate surface preparation or check if low ambient temperature is affecting curing.
Can it be mixed with other adhesives?
Mixing is strictly prohibited. Chemical reactions may occur, causing failure.
