III. Product Features:
1. Forms a medium-hard, transparent film with excellent flexibility and high strength;
2. Superior water resistance;
3. Resists tackiness and exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance.
4. Environmentally friendly solvent.
IV. Primary Applications:
Textile Industry: Widely used in textile printing, providing an excellent adhesion base for printed patterns. Ensures clear, durable designs while imparting elasticity and water resistance to textiles without compromising handfeel or breathability.
Paper Industry: Suitable for paper inks, it improves ink adhesion and drying performance on paper surfaces. This results in vibrant, non-fading printed patterns and enhances the quality of printed paper products.
Footwear Materials Industry: Used in thick footwear boards, it provides excellent support and elasticity, improving comfort and durability. Its superior fold resistance and flexibility adapt well to frequent bending during shoe wear.
Leather Industry: Applicable for leather finishing, it forms a uniform coating on leather surfaces. This enhances gloss, abrasion resistance, and water resistance while preserving the leather's soft feel and flexibility.
Special Environment Applications: Due to its excellent fold resistance, high flexibility, anti-sticking properties, and superior water resistance, it is particularly suitable for products used in high-temperature, high-humidity environments. It maintains stable performance under harsh conditions.
V. Application Method:
Preparation: Clean the substrate surface thoroughly before use, removing dust, grease, and impurities. Ensure the substrate is dry and smooth to guarantee tight adhesion between the coating and substrate, enhancing coating adhesion.
Dilution (if required): Dilute the product with deionized water as needed based on application requirements and desired coating thickness. Slowly add water while continuously stirring to ensure thorough mixing and uniform dilution, preventing localized variations in concentration.
Application Methods: Multiple application methods such as roller coating, spraying, or scraping can be employed. Select the appropriate method based on substrate characteristics and production processes. Control application speed and coating thickness to ensure uniformity and prevent missed areas or sagging.
Drying and Curing: After application, place coated substrates in a well-ventilated environment for drying. Adjust drying temperature and duration based on substrate type and coating thickness. Typically, natural air-drying or oven-drying methods are used to ensure complete curing and maximize product performance.
VI. Product Packaging:
50KG/drum. Store in a well-ventilated, dry, cool warehouse away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep away from fire and heat sources to prevent thermal degradation.
