III. Product Features:
1. High film hardness and gloss;
2. Non-tacky at high temperatures, rich hand feel, no whitening during stretching;
3. Excellent color retention and adhesion on PVC and plastic substrates;
4. Superior toughness, water resistance, solvent resistance, and scratch resistance.
IV. Primary Applications:
Coated Paper: Enhances surface hardness, gloss, and water resistance for printing and packaging applications.
High-gloss glassine paper: Suitable for coating high-gloss glassine paper, enhancing its gloss and durability to elevate product quality and value.
Laser transfer metallic paper: Used for coating laser transfer metallic paper, protecting its laser and metallic layers while increasing gloss and adhesion for improved aesthetics and durability.
Vacuum-Coated Aluminum Transfer Paper: Coating for vacuum-coated aluminum transfer paper improves surface properties and stability, expanding its applications in packaging and other fields.
Plastics Industry: Suitable for coating plastic substrates like PVC film, enhancing surface hardness, scratch resistance, and adhesion between coating and substrate. This makes PVC film more suitable for various processing and usage scenarios.
V. Application Method:
Preparation: Thoroughly clean the substrate surface before application, removing dust, grease, and contaminants. Ensure the substrate is dry and smooth to guarantee optimal coating adhesion.
Dilution (if required): Dilute the product with deionized water as needed based on application requirements and desired coating thickness. When diluting, slowly add water to the product while continuously stirring to ensure uniform dilution and prevent localized concentration variations.
Application Methods: Multiple application methods such as roller coating, spraying, or squeegee coating can be used. Select the appropriate method based on substrate characteristics and production processes, controlling application speed and coating thickness to ensure uniformity.
Drying and Curing: After application, place the coated substrate in a well-ventilated area for drying. Adjust drying temperature and duration based on substrate type and coating thickness. Typically, natural air-drying or oven drying may be used to ensure complete drying and curing, enabling optimal performance.
VI. Product Packaging:
50KG/drum. Store in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep away from fire and heat sources to prevent thermal degradation.
