Usage Instructions:
Addition Timing: During the production of water-based coatings, inks, or adhesives, it is recommended to add this accelerator during the dispersion and mixing stages. Maintain a stirring speed of 300–600 rpm for 15–30 minutes to ensure thorough and uniform mixing with the system.
Recommended Dosage:
Paints/Inks: 2%–5% of total formulation
Adhesives: 3%–6% of total formulation
Process Adjustment: For initial use or new formulations, conduct small-scale trials first. Determine the optimal dosage by testing performance indicators such as adhesion, drying time, and viscosity. Additionally, adjust process parameters like stirring speed and mixing time as needed to achieve optimal results.
Product Packaging:
50KG/drum. Store in sealed packaging to prevent moisture evaporation and contamination. Avoid storage in high-temperature or extremely cold environments to maintain product performance. During transportation, prevent violent impacts or inversion to avoid packaging damage.
