Vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion (VAE emulsion) is an excellent adhesive that offers an outstanding balance of cost and performance across numerous applications. This emulsion exhibits outstanding adhesion to diverse substrates. Its inclusion of ethylene copolymer monomers provides enduring plasticizing properties. Through the incorporation of various additives, it achieves excellent synergistic viscosity and rapidly develops “fiber tear adhesion.”

Description
Vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion (VAE emulsion) is an excellent adhesive that offers an outstanding balance of cost and performance across numerous applications. This emulsion exhibits outstanding adhesion to diverse substrates. Its inclusion of ethylene copolymer monomers provides enduring plasticizing properties. Through the incorporation of various additives, it achieves excellent synergistic viscosity and rapidly develops “fiber tear adhesion.”
VAE emulsion is a milky white liquid, a water-dispersible system of vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer. The ethylene content provides the copolymer with flexibility, significantly superior to the brittleness of polyvinyl acetate homopolymer. This emulsion has a slight vinyl acetate monomer odor and is highly stable, with a shelf life of 6 months under ambient conditions.
