Rutile Titanium Dioxide R-298: Developed by Chongqing Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. of Pangang Group, this next-generation premium-grade rutile titanium dioxide employs advanced hue and particle size control technology alongside zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide inorganic coating processes. It features excellent dispersibility, high whiteness, superior brightness, strong hiding power, and high weather resistance. Suitable for coatings, inks, and other applications, it can also be used for plastic coloring.
Application
In plastics, it exhibits excellent weather resistance and anti-yellowing properties, with only a slight reduction in color strength. It also demonstrates good dispersibility in plasticized flexible vinyl resins.
2. For inks: Particularly beneficial for oil-based resin formulations due to its high opacity. Brightness and gloss are paramount for oil-based inks. Sichuan Pangang R-298's exceptional durability and bake resistance offer special value for metallic decorative inks.
3. For paints: Gloss and semi-gloss alkyd resins for interior and exterior use, emulsified architectural paints. Equipment coatings, powder coatings, automotive refinish paints.
