Product Features:
Low-viscosity emulsion with low initial tack, strong cohesive strength, and significant tack-building capability.
V. Application Method:
Substrate Preparation: Ensure the surface of smooth materials is clean, dry, and free of contaminants such as oil, dust, or fingerprints. Gently wipe with a lint-free cloth dampened with a dedicated cleaner, then dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
Emulsion Preparation: Adjust emulsion viscosity as needed using deionized water. Recommended dilution ratio: ≤5%. Stir thoroughly until uniform. For color matching, add appropriate amount of water-based color paste and mix until color is consistent.
Application Method:
Spraying: Use an air compressor or airless sprayer. Maintain a 15–25 cm distance between the spray gun and the material surface. Adjust the air pressure to 0.3–0.5 MPa. Apply 2-3 coats using a uniform cross-hatch pattern, allowing 0.5-1 hour between coats (adjust based on ambient temperature and humidity). Ensure even coating distribution with a dry film thickness of 5-8μm.
Roller Coating: Apply the emulsion evenly onto the material surface using a specialized precision coating roller. Maintain a roller speed of 10–20 m/min to ensure consistent coating thickness.
Drying Conditions: After coating, materials may air-dry at room temperature or enter drying equipment. Set drying temperature to 50–70°C (122–158°F) for 3–6 hours to ensure complete film formation.
Environmental Requirements: Apply at temperatures ≥2°C (36°F) and relative humidity ≤80%. Avoid application during rainy, windy, or high-temperature conditions with direct sunlight. During winter application, implement appropriate heating measures to maintain the required environmental temperature.
Film Removal Recommendations:
Remove the protective film at an appropriate time based on actual usage conditions.
When peeling, start slowly from the edges of the material to prevent residue or damage to the glossy surface caused by tearing.
