I. Product Overview:

The specialty polymers business encompasses Kraton® G, A, and FG hydrogenated styrene block copolymers, as well as the pioneering Cariflex® isoprene rubber and latex products. Kraton G series products offer a wider operating temperature range, superior permanent compression set properties, and accommodate higher levels of mineral oil and filler loading in blends. Kraton G is the ideal material for applications requiring UV and ozone resistance. It accepts multiple sterilization methods and exhibits excellent compatibility with polyolefin materials. Kraton A series products deliver higher tear strength, improved flow and isotropy, and enhanced compatibility with polar materials. Multiple Kraton G and Kraton A products are FDA and USP Class VI certified. The Kraton FG series, produced through maleic anhydride functionalization, is suitable for modifying thermoplastic engineering plastics.
