usage method:
Metal substrate: Remove surface oil stains, rust, and oxide scale. It is recommended to use sandblasting or grinding treatment to achieve a surface roughness of Sa2.5 level (GB/T 8923.1-2011).
Concrete/cement mortar substrate: Ensure a smooth and dry surface (moisture content<10%), free of dust, oil stains, loose particles, and repair holes and cracks with putty to make them smooth.
Wood substrate: Polish smooth, remove impurities such as sawdust and resin. If the wood contains high oil content, degreasing treatment should be carried out first.
Construction method:
Spraying: Use an air compressor or airless sprayer, maintain a distance of 20-30cm between the spray gun and the substrate surface, control the air pressure at 0.3-0.5MPa, and spray 1-2 times at a constant speed to ensure uniform coating coverage.
Brush coating/roller coating: Use a brush or roller to evenly apply in the same direction, avoiding missed coating and sagging. Pre coating can be applied to corners, gaps, and other areas.
Recommended dosage: The theoretical coating amount is 0.1-0.15kg/m2 (the specific dosage varies depending on the roughness of the substrate and the construction method).
Matching suggestions: select appropriate primer lotion products according to the type of subsequent finish and use scenario, and strictly follow the matching system of primer intermediate finish to achieve the best effect.
Environmental requirements: Construction temperature ≥ 3 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%; Avoid construction on rainy, windy, or direct sunlight days.
