Application
Dynapol® L411 is a high molecular weight solid saturated polyester resin suitable for hot-dip galvanized steel primers, aluminum primers, hot laminating adhesives, elastic resins, metallic decorative enamels, can interior coatings, foil primer printing inks, heat seal coatings, adhesion promoters, and appliance topcoats.
Dynapol L411 Dissolution Method
1. Add solvent to the reaction vessel;
2. Add Dysol 411 while stirring;
3. After adding all components, raise the vessel temperature to 95-105°C. When using methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) or acetone, raise the temperature to 50-60°C only. Continue stirring for 5 hours with maximum vessel pressure at 2 kg/cm².
4. Turn off the heat source, allow natural cooling, and continue stirring for one and a half hours.
5. Turn off the heat source, filter, and transfer the solution into drums for storage.
Common solvents for Dynapol L411: Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), toluene, acetone, SOLVESSO, cyclohexanone (CYC), cellulose acetate (CA), isophorone, dibasic ester (DBE)
