Product Usage:
This product is a vulcanizing agent for rubber such as butyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene silicone rubber, etc. It is especially used for the vulcanization of butyl rubber to improve the heat resistance of butadiene rubber, with small deformation, good heat resistance and tensile strength. High strength, small elongation and other excellent properties, manufacturing heat-resistant butyl rubber products, the reference dosage is 5-10 parts.
To produce neoprene adhesive, the resin has compatibility with neoprene, and the prepared neoprene adhesive can increase the heat-resistant temperature of the adhesive and increase the adhesion. It is especially used for shoe adhesives such as neoprene grafted glue, and its performance is completely comparable to that of imported similar resins.
In the paint industry, it can be used as a raw material in the production of exterior enamels, floor paints, marine paints, anti-rust paints, water-based inks and thin-layer anti-rust oil products, and nitro paints made by heating with drying oils in paint films With good gloss, it has the characteristics of water resistance, weather resistance, UV resistance, optical rotation resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation.
