I. Product Overview:
A modified rosin resin family produced from rosin as the base material through decolorization and pentaerythritol esterification. Characterized by light color, high softening point, excellent heat resistance, and strong stability, it is particularly suitable for hot melt adhesives and hot melt coatings industries.
II. Product Specifications:
Appearance: Light yellow granules

III. Product Properties:
1. Extremely light color and low odor.
2. Significantly enhances the adhesive strength of pressure-sensitive adhesives.
3. Excellent heat resistance; color darkening <2 after 8 hours at 180°C.
4. Good antioxidant properties.
5. High solubility in various solvents including cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, and acetone.
6. Excellent compatibility, miscible with various polymers like NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, etc., in any proportion.
IV. Applications:
1. Hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives: sanitary napkin adhesives, label adhesives, tape adhesives, etc.
2. Solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives: tape adhesives, pressure-sensitive labels, etc.
3. Solvent-based thermosetting adhesives: Laminating adhesives, decorative adhesives, etc.
4. Hot-melt adhesives: EVA hot-melt adhesives, polyamide hot-melt adhesives, woodworking adhesives, bookbinding adhesives, etc.
5. Sealant adhesives: Construction sealants, etc.
