III. Applications:
1. Serves as an efficient slip agent and opening agent for LDPE, LLDPE, blown PP film, IPP (expandable PP), WBQF (water-quenched blown film), high-speed packaging machine films, and office sheet materials;
2. Functions as an anti-blocking agent and slip agent for radial tire separator films;
3. As a gloss lubricant and anti-blocking agent for antibacterial/mold-resistant laminates and black masterbatches;
4. As a fluidization promoter for thermoplastic powder coatings to enhance flowability, dispersion, and prevent caking;
5. As an anti-blocking and slip agent for polylactic acid (PLA) biodegradable films;
6. As a leveling, slip, anti-blocking, and dispersing agent for surface printing inks.
IV. Usage Instructions:
1. As a slip agent for CPP, BOPP, LLDPE, multi-layer co-extruded films, high-transparency agricultural films, etc.: Addition rate 0.1-0.3%
2. As a gloss, slip, and release agent for LDPE: Addition rate 0.1-0.6%
3. As a slip agent for EVA: Addition rate 0.05-0.2%
4. Lubricant, anti-blocking, and release agent for PP: Addition rate 0.1-0.8%
5. Anti-blocking and release agent for foamed PE: Addition rate 0.1-0.6%
6. Anti-blocking and release agent for HDPE: Addition rate 0.05-0.5%
7. Brightening, anti-blocking, and anti-adhesion agent for composite surface printing inks: Addition rate 0.6-1.5%
8. PE polyethylene slip agent and opening agent: Addition rate 0.1-1.0%
9. Multifunctional additive for PP and PE plastic bottle caps: Addition rate 0.8-3.0%
10. EPDM rubber internal lubricant and glossy release agent: Addition rate 0.2-1.5%
11. Extrusion lubricant and glossy release agent for fluorinated rubber and chlorinated rubber: Addition rate 0.2-1.8%
12. Lubrication uniformizer, anti-blocking agent, and glossy release agent for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE-olefin, TPE-styrene): Addition rate 0.3-1.0%
13. Gloss and slip agent for rigid PVC films and sheets: Addition rate 0.05-0.3%
14. High-efficiency gloss and slip agent for LDPE, LLDPE, blown PP films, IPP (expandable PP), WBQF (water-blown film), high-speed packaging films, office supplies sheets, etc.: Addition rate 0.1-0.3%
15. HDPE, EVA slip agent and opening agent: Addition rate 0.05-0.15%
16. Brightening lubricant for masterbatch (black): Addition rate 0.5-1.8%
17. Slip and anti-blocking agent for polyamide surface printing inks: Addition rate 0.8-2.0%
18. Fluidizing agent for thermoplastic powder coatings, improving flowability and dispersion while preventing agglomeration: Addition rate 0.5-1.2%
