Tackifier Resin 138 (Glycerol Ester of Rosin), Model BZ01, is a high-performance transparent solid tackifier. It is synthesized via esterification of rosin and glycerol followed by vacuum processing. Processes including decolorization and esterification endow it with pale and stable color.

It features a softening point ranging from 85 to 100°C and outstanding heat resistance; its color barely changes after 8 hours of exposure at 180°C, with extremely low odor emission. It boasts excellent solubility, dissolvable in multiple solvents such as cyclohexane and toluene, and shows exceptional compatibility with polymers including NR, SBS and EVA, miscible in any mixing ratio.

Widely applied in adhesives like hot-melt adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives, it improves loop tack and bonding strength.
