Usage Instructions:
1. Place one portion each of Agents A and B (approximately 100 grams each) into a container. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
2. Clean or wipe the surfaces to be bonded. Apply the thoroughly mixed agents to the bonding surfaces and press firmly. Initial hardening occurs after 4 hours, with full hardening and a secure bond achieved within one week.
VI. Operational Procedure:
1. Cleaning: Ensure bonding/potting components are dry and clean.
2. Compound Mixing: Maintain precise proportions. This product's mixing ratio is 3:1 by weight (e.g., 30g Compound A + 10g Compound B). Thoroughly mix before use. For optimal results, vacuum degassing is recommended prior to application.
3. Application: Use mixed adhesive within its pot life to prevent curing and waste. Manage adhesive quantity and application time carefully.
4. Post-Use: Clean bottle openings after use. Securely cap both A and B containers as originally sealed to prevent chemical reaction. Store in a cool, dry location.
