ABA Copolymer Emulsion is a self-crosslinking polycopolymer emulsion based on acrylate-butadiene-acrylonitrile. Due to the strong polarity of -CN on the main chain of the polymer and its strong electron-absorbing ability, strong hydrogen stability on the allyl position, the polymer molecular structure is compact and has a specific structure of self-crosslinking, which makes ABA copolymerization emulsion has good oil resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, airtightness and solvent and chemical resistance, the molecular chain is soft and has self-complementary reinforcement, and it has excellent performance of cold resistance, UV resistance and ozone resistance. ABA copolymer emulsion has good adhesion with fibers, leather and other polar substances, and at the same time has good abrasion resistance, high strength and elongation and other characteristics. It can be used as the main resin and modifier in the industries of composite material processing, adhesive and coating.
ABA copolymer emulsion is an anionic polymer emulsion with uniform molecular weight and particle size distribution, oil resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, crosslinking with sulfur, metal oxides, and its stability is better than that of other latexes, and its products do not have allergic reaction to the skin, and they are resistant to scratches by sharp objects, and they have excellent elongation and tensile strength properties.

Product Applications:
ABA copolymer emulsions can be used as pulp additives to obtain paper with good sizing properties and high tensile strength.
ABA copolymer emulsions can be used in the impregnation of leather and other fibers to improve chemical resistance, folding resistance, breaking strength, dry tensile strength and wet tensile strength of fiber products.
ABA copolymerization emulsions can be used in water-based adhesive formulations to improve the solvent resistance of the adhesive film, such as toluene, kerosene, ethanol and so on. It can also be used as a viscosity modifier for adhesives to improve bonding performance.
ABA copolymerization emulsion is used as primer for paints and inks with good adhesion and excellent inking properties, especially suitable for plastics, films, bamboo, synthetic paper and other fields.
ABA copolymer emulsions have very low glass transition temperature and no tackiness at room temperature, they can be used as the main component of flexible coatings or laminating adhesives, and can also be used in compounding formulations to provide polymer flexibility and resistance to low temperatures.
